So I'm nearing the end of my first season in Manager Mode, and I can't sign any players. I negotiated with a bunch of transfer players earlier in the season, and now that the window is closed I can't sign any scouted players because I am already "in negotiations with too many players." Is there any way to remove players from the "negotiations" list?

You only have a certain amount of bids you can use, once you use 1 its gone and it won't be available again until the next week. You should get like 3 a week and they buildup I believe.
