PC - How to steal a base?

So I've migrated from The Show and picked up MLB2K10 and I love it. I've been feeling the water and playing on rookie to get all the controls down. I think I have it all figured out except I've yet to figure out how to steal a base. I've checked the manual and all it's done is confuse me further. How do you steal 2nd base when batting? I'm using a Logitech Dual Action controller on my PC. Any help is appreciated.

Re: PC - How to steal a base?

Tap the left trigger to lead off (1 tap=1 step, etc). Whenever you get to the desired distance off base hold the trigger down and release when you're ready to take off. I usually take about three steps and try to release the trigger as soon as I seen the pitcher start his motion and have decent success. It's really a timing thing, and it took me a while to get it down. Hope this helps.
