Stadium Sounds Offering

I'm an Alabama fan, but I am all about creating an authentic stadium atmosphere for all teams, and would be willing to engineer any sounds that you are having trouble finding that you guys want for any team . Just let me know what song/cheer/effect you want and I will do my best to create it with some sound engineering software I have on my computer.

Also, I want to talk to someone who has recently been to an Alabama football game to help me remember what happens in what scenario, because the sounds in the official thread are a little inaccurate for my team!

I remember two in particular. 3rd and 4th down, there is a bell tolling sound with elephants on the screens. Also, the elephant noise on kickoffs. I have both of these available for anyone who wants them. I will post tonight in the official thread.

The offer stands, to anyone who wants them. It doesn't take long to do this, and I would like to add them for other teams for my own purposes as well (especially for Alabama's away opponents!!), I just don't know what to use/make and don't have time to do the research for all teams.

Post any requests on this thread, and I will have them up by the next day, probably.

lol...I was thinking more in specific terms. Tell me what you would like (song spliced with cheer/effect, spliced with crowd noise, etc. Anything you can't find in any other thread, let me know and I will create it.

Re: Stadium Sounds Offering

im assuming you can't make band sounds so ill request the following

North Carolina: "TAR.....HEELS" chant, if its possible can you have one side of crowd doin tar (in other words only speakers on the right), other side heels

Rutgers: "R.....U" chant...same concept as tar heels chant above

thanks in advance

I have been looking for the Foghorn that is played after Oregon scores (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBqukypE7to) but have not found a good enough quality sounding one to use yet.

Re: Stadium Sounds Offering

I think I can do these.

Would any fog horn sound effect work for Oregon? Do they blow it more than once? I'm not familiar, but I think I can figure something out if you give me some details on what it is supposed to sound like. I couldn't really hear in the link you posted.

As for the Tar Heels and RU, I have found some youtube videos, but stadium recordings are always peaked, so it may be a little distorted. I'll try to use clip restoration though to cut down on the hissing sound. Will have these up by the end of the day.

All about making more people, just let me know. Doesn't take long at all!

Re: Stadium Sounds Offering

Just saw on another thread that Orgeon's fog horn blows 3 times? Is this correct? If so, let me know and I will add two more blows to the original. Any feedback on these would be much appreciated, guys.
