2am Pacific Time, so 3am Mountain, 4am Central and 5am East Coast.

I found this on a team xbox fourm, this is when the Xbox live market place updates.

I would say after 3 am Eastern time check on live for it. If it ain't there then keep checking every hour.

Wow XBox Live marketplace updates that early for y'all?

Most of the times it's a crapshoot with the Playstation Store; their weekly updates are random as hell.

I'm not expecting to play the demo until later in the afternoon/evening.

Outstanding....I get off work tonight at 4 AM CT (5 AM ET)....get home...start my DL...grab some food while demo is coming...nice way to start MY "week-end"! (working weekend graveyard shift SUCKS most of the time...finally a day that it does NOT...lol!)
