Should Kobe Bryant be over 99 next season?

Kobe has done it again ladies and gentleman. Proving that he is the best player in the NBA, and the best since Michael Jordan. Is he 100 worthy though? Let's let OS decide...

No. You don't rate someone higher than the hardcoded limits because of career accomplishments in a game that redoes the ratings year-by-year. I'm not saying he's not a great player, just that he doesn't really need to be overrated in a game. He's only human, and more than that, he's past his peak.

Meh.. I don't really think so.. Would you really call Kobe the best individual player in the NBA? I think LeBron has something something to say about that.. Kobe really is great, not Micheal level but great, but I honestly would take LeBron if he faced off against Kobe 1 on 1.

lol i think theres only going to be 1 vote on yes for a long time.... he's not even the best player the lakers have ever had and if you are going to be rated 100 you have to be something truly special. lol. i'm of the opinion that MJ shouldn't even be 100 because being a 100 implies that you have zero weakness in your game and his heirness wasn't a great 3 pt. shooter.

kobe is not a great 3 point shooter either and sometimes when he's not on he shoots the ball way too much refusing to let Gasol (the best big fella in the league by the way) carry the team.

maybe i'll compromise and kobe's clutch rating can be 100 lol

Why would he be? 99 is the visual ratings cap in the 2k series. Ratings in 2K are based on stats, and there are players with higher stats than him in each of the major categories.

Kinda funny, MJ had a whopping 50.0% 3PT in '94-'95 (but he only played 17 games) and a cool 42.7% in '95-'96 so he did show some promise in his shot. Scary to think about if he had of been a great shooter..
