List of Incorrect Uniforms

This is an attempt to compile all of the errors and incorrect uniforms within the game so that hopefully, someone in power can understand how many uniforms are truly incorrect, and hopefully do something about it. Whatever that may be. Whether it's the MLB Style Guide excuse or whatever, I feel it will be helpful to have a composite list of all the errors. So here goes from what I know off the top of my head...feel free to add to the thread and I will update the OP.

Cubs no longer wear the helmets with the red bills on the road; they haven't since 2009. Not sure how the Style Guide has it, but if it's correct in the guide, I'd like to see it fixed for MLB 11.

Pittsburgh Pirates black alternate is worn at home as well as away. Only available away in the game.

The Mets uniforms are wrong. The away greys should have the black/blue helmets. and the black should have the all black helmets. The hats are right so i dont know why the helmets arent. The Mets have never worn as far as i know black helmets with road greys.


I know there is nothing we can do beacuse of the style guide, but why is it in the style guide if the mets have never worn them?

Brewers sometimes wear their alternate blue "Brewers" uniforms at home. Their alternate throwbacks aren't right, either. The blue is too light.

DBacks black jersey worn only on saturday night games should include black socks and black sleeves, not red socks and sleeves.

Athletics have incorrect home alternate uniforms.. the helmets, socks and undershirt were supposed to be black, yet they have green.

also should have a alternate HOME green jersey/cap too, same as the away one but with white bottoms.

Indians home batting helmets should have a red bill.
