How many teams can you play as during world cup qualification mode and during the acutal world Cup?

you can play as all the teams in the world cup final. haven't looked as far as qualification goes.

I already miss the seeded random draw from 2006. As lame as it is....to do a decent custom final I have to draw out of a hat! Crap!
