SvR Created Wrestlers

Something that needs to change in the next edition of SvR is how attributes are obtained for created wrestlers.

I hadn't owned a copy of SvR prior to 2010 since 2004 on the PS2 so I'm not sure when this started but requiring users to build up each individual CAW is pure madness. I love creating superstars from my childhood but to build up their attributes each time is by far too laborious and time-intensive to make sense.

I could see requiring you to complete career mode as a CAW to unlock building up CAW attributes in the create section. That's defensible. Not what they do now.

On top of that, if you download CAWs, you can't edit them. That seems equally as crazy. I find really great CAWs for download but if I want to make some small tweaks, I can't. In Fight Night you can edit downloaded boxers. Why not in SvR?

Yep. Both of those problems killed the Community Creations IMO. Having to wrestle 50 matches to get one superstar built up was not fun, and not being able to touch the downloaded wrestlers was just feature breaking to me.

We should just have a points pool, and be able to edit downloaded items, and restrict people from re-uploading downloaded stuff.

I agree the idea was good but not being able to make adjustments to the downloaded wrestlers is really disappointing and makes it useless to use. Another disappoint is the lack of DLC wrestler packs and support in general. Fight night did this great as they had both the sharing option and DLC boxer packs for people that wanted to buy them.

I'm pretty sure game saves didn't work for it
