Question about 30 team control

I've yet to go into franchise mode, and I have some questions about 30 team control.

I would like to have the CPU execute trades and such, but don't want them to be realistic. I read in the fix's thread, that you can oversee CPU roster moves to make sure they make sense and such, is this possible with 30 team control? Or is it really only for keeping rosters up to date currently, and not really ideal for multiple years

Set the non-human teams to a different profile or just use the Default settings. Either way will work.

Set that profile/setting on Automatic trading. Now the other teams will get busy wheeling and dealing.
