2 "MOST" in recruiting???

I'm sure it's some kind of cheat or glitch, but how can a user get two most's in his prospect pitches in recruiting. I have a dynasty I run, and one particular user has several recruits where he has two most's for them.

I have heard of the offline recruit cheat and confronted him about this several seasons back, and he promised to quit. I just thought I would save and check on the guys and see if anyone was using this cheat. I ran across this same guy with double most's.

Can someone fill me in if this guy is cheating again???? I'm pretty sure I already know the answer. But I wanted some feedback from other gamers and online dynasty players.

I may be hard selling a Very High pitch. Because I have gotten 4 Very Highs, so I would assume two Mosts are just as possible.

I think it's possible if you use quick call and it sways a very high to most. don't think it's possible while doing a normal call.
