So what is the best set of rosters and franchise to download??

That just depends on your personal taste. I have played them all and like all of them. The roster guys here do a GREAT job of keeping this game alive. With that being said, I use gr18's for franchise. The only reason is because I don't like the large attribute numbers that the other guys use. You can't go wrong with any of them, they are all good.

Like Mbalmer said, it's just a matter of preference, you just need to try them all and see which you like best. I too like all of the different rosters I have tried, but I have been using GR18's for the last couple of years.

Same goes for the sliders (I read your other post on sliders). You just need to tweak them to fit yourself, which can be very time consuming, but if you take the time you can get this game to play pretty much just like you want it to.
