Does anyone know if leagues, with trades turned off, will receive weekly roster updates similar to the ones in '09?

When you create a league are you locked in with the rosters (default at the time of creation) for the entire duration, or will you receive the weekly updates?

When you start a league your rosters are locked with when you started it.

So updates don't effect your league.
