List of gamepads supported by PC version.

Looking to see if my Saitek P880 (I know... very old) is supported.

Thanks.

Just use a 360 wired pad and get the drivers from Microsoft.com (that's what I do for emulation). I'm sure you can get a used one from your local video game distributor.

PS3 controller works (and works well) if you have the right app for it.

It has to be plugged in of course, but it works perfectly!

My only issue with the logitech rumblepad is you can't make a smooth rotation with the right analog stick when pitching certain pitches because of its design (the casing around the stick is square).

true, thats why my pitches are always bad gestures.

Re: List of gamepads supported by PC version.

I must be in the minority (though I am not alone - I saw this on another thread), but I use a wired 360 controller and it will not be recognized in drills, HR derby or My Player modes. It acts like it is recognized (letting me use button presses on the controller to get to the field) but once on the filed, the keyboard is the only controller that gets any response. I am hoping this will be addressed by the patch. None of you other guys having this problem? You can use your gamepad for drills especially? I need drills to learn the game, but I have not been able to do them because of this.

I have the Logitech Dual Action and it's built the same way.

At first, I thought it was causing some bad pitches, but now, after many games, I don't have a problem. In fact, I think the gesture system is flawed: I never get a bad gesture and accuracy with the gesture never seems to affect the pitch. I hit my spot every single time.

EDIT: forgot to say that this controller worked out of the box with no tinkering needed on Win 7
