RTTS Problem at the End of Season 1

I have just finished Season 2010 in RTTS mode and when I try to advance to the next season it does nothing but loop back to January 2010.

There is no way for me to resume my players career, has this happened to anyone else?

Also I have noticed with about a week to go or so I would get the BP freeze which has been noted by other players as well.

It's funny because I had MLB 08 and must have played 9 seasons with my player and never had any issues.

Can't help you out on the end of season problem, but I just got the BP freeze in my RTTS. I haven't had any luck finding discussion of the BP freeze in the forums, but it sounds like there has been some. Can anyone tell me if there is a fix for it? I stupidly only had one save file, and every time I load that one up I get the BP freeze. Anything I can do? Thanks in advance for any help.

Turn off BP.
