Erick Gragg, former Pittsburgh Steelers Defensive Coordinator, has been named Vice President of Football Operations and Head Coach of the Buffalo Bills. Coach Gragg’s defense will be running his version of the Cover 2.

Coach Gragg in a surprise move has kept the entire coaching staff. In his first draft, he drafted Quarterback Jay Cutler and put him through a rigorous training camp. Coach Gragg named him the starting quarterback.

In a statement to ESPN.com Coach Gragg also stated that he will be feverishly working on the improving the Defense Line for pressure and Offensive Line for protection.

ESPN reports that Coach Gragg and Bills Management are looking at making 3 major trades to free up some cap room. It’s speculated that Sam Adams –DT will be one of the players.

Preseason: ESPN.com comments Bills barely escape the first 2 games of the preseason by a margin of 14 pts total. Michael Irvin stated it looks like the Bills will be the last team in the NFL for the next 2 yrs.

Coach Gragg commented on the level of play by stating ‘We are working on the Team Chemistry. These close victories are an example of that progress.’

Preseason: ESPN.com reports the Bills who were 2-0 @ the start of the preseason are now 4-0. Bills last 2 games they won by an average of 28 points per victory.

Coach Gragg commented on the Bills preseason success by saying “This team right here will be a very dominate force. Our defense has shown it can be tough with the best of them.”

Coach Gragg commented on the Bills preseason success by saying “This team right here will be a very dominate force. Our defense has shown it can be tough with the best of them.”

Season: Bills thrashed New England score 36 to 10

In the biggest move of his young career Coach Gragg started the rookie quarterback Jay Cutler. Cutler’s stats were not great but effective. He was 14 of 32 for a total of 228 yards with 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions.

In this game the Defense stood out and scored 2 touchdowns off of Interceptions. They also put a hurt on New England running game.

On Monday, after the coaches meeting, Coach Gragg announced that Defensive Coordinator Farewell has been promoted to Assistant Head Coach. Coach Gragg also announces his intentions of rehiring Coach Farewell to a long term contract.

During the same Press Conference Coach Gragg announced that the team will be restructuring contracts of key players and coaches. In an effort to raise player overall average to 80 or above on offensive and defensive starters and reserves are to be 75 overall rating.

What is your offensive playbook, and what are your position philosophies? It's good to see someone trying to turn the Bills around.

I'm playing the computer version. My offensive playbook is a Singleback and Defensive playbook is Cover 2.

Never seen a Bills dynasty before, so I'll follow. But are u playing the 06 version?
