Help with baserunning

Example: I have men on 1st and 2nd. I hit a single to CF. How do I send the runner from 2nd to home, while stopping the runner from 1st at 2nd?
The "manual" says hit "A" to select runner. Which runner? I'm confused. Please help and thanks.

when you press A it cycles thru the runners.. if you look up at the little baseball diamond thing that shows if you have baserunners on base, you'll highlight whichever baserunner youre controlling

so highlight the 2nd base runner then click the left trigger however many times until you see an "H" (for home) over the baserunner's logo
