How come they do not let you select which uniforms you want to wear in manager mode?

Because Manager Mode is for people with arthritis.

I would really like an answer to this, too. Is it going to be fixed in a patch or something? I only play in manager mode (I'm a stats guy; I don't want my crummy reflexes affecting the outcomes), and I'd love to be able to use my Mets' pinstriped jerseys...

Ha, I agree. I enjoy playing, but with season mode I manage. It's a shame I can't chose the uniform.
