MLB 10 for PSP

Hi All;
Ive been reading all the hype about this game. I cant justify buying a PS3 for this but was thinking about buying a PSP and MLB 10. I did a search to see if I could find specific info, but didnt come up with anything.
Can anyone comment on the quality of MLB10 on PSP ? Is there a certain model PSP I should spring for ?
Thanks

It's not hype my friend, the show is one of the best sports around. Even though it's solid, if you think your going to get the same game experience out of the psp version as you would the PS3, it's not going to happen.

If you can't justify the purchase then hold off until you can, you will not regret it.

Re: MLB 10 for PSP

Just be warned there is NO ONLINE SUPPORT for the PSP anymore. It was taken out. So that means NO MORE WEEKLY ROSTER UPDATES! If this is not important to you, than go ahead. If it is, think hard before buying it.

Re: MLB 10 for PSP

i would not buy a PSP just for MLB 10

it has been stripped of some major features this year, and although it is a good game, i think you will be much happier saving up another $150 and getting a PS3, MLB 10 and having a blu-ray player as well!

Re: MLB 10 for PSP

I agree with the others regarding MLB 10 for PSP. Then again, if money is the issue you could do far, far worse than to pick up a cheap PSP and a used copy of MLB '08/'09. Both were excellent. Once you get going in multiple seasons or in RTTS mode you likely wouldn't notice the out-of-date rosters anyway.
