how to get created team in franchise

anyone know? I couldnt figure it out, usually i know there woould be a swap team button but i didnt see any.... gtg to bed and am too lazy right now,if anyone answers this question thank you!

I would definitely like to see this answered. I'll just have to put my created players on a real team instead if we can't do this, but that's not the preferred method.
