DL bug fixed for '10?

I did a search and didn't see anything, so excuse me if it had already been answered somewhere.

Any news about being able to call up a minor league player to replace a player that was put on the 15 or 60 day DL?

I know last year you make room for a replacement rather than just calling someone up, which is the way it should be.

The answer is YES... it was answered in the community day thread. It's been fixed.
