Your all time favorite console.

Hi!
Which console is your all time favorite gaming console?

The Super Nintendo is still my favorite video game console of all time. Still worth playing after all these years. I've own 3 Snes systems and 3 sets of games to go with them. Thinking of getting another Super Nintendo even today IN 2010..

The Sega Genesis is my favorite console because of the games, but the XBox is definitely a close second because of the fond memories I had with buddies playing it (namely Halo and MVP Baseball).

My Game Boy Color got by far the most play of any i've owned. Damn Pokemon.

I'm calling it a tie between GBC and SNES. I love them both equally.

Very tough one for me, as I really like my PS3, but if I had to pick one I would have to say Sega Dreamcast, I really liked that system and the games that came out for it.

Most of my gaming started with the Commodore 128D, great gaming!

Moving over to consoles, Psygnosis' 'Formula1' had me addicted to the origninal PlayStation. From there the PS2 held the title with me for years for gaming. The Dreamcast from Sega could not presuade me to leave however the Xbox did. Sadly that console died on me and now I am on my 3rd Xbox 360.

For me the best console means great gaming, a deep library of titles, and the longevity to actually play those games.

I second that.........to me it's a tie between the Dreamcast and the original XBOX. Both were so innovative for their time and both met an untimely death, albeit we did get a successor to the XBOX in the 360.

The PS3. The old systems are nostalgic and stuff, but the PS3 is just awesome. If I want to play one of those PS1 or PS2 games I loved so much, I can play it on the PS3. The Wii is second for the same reason, some great games plus pretty much all the old Nintendo games I cared for are on it as well.
