I am hoping that someone can help me. I'm in the third year of my franchise and am having trouble activating Hamels for the NLCS. He went on the DL in late Sept and completed his time in the middle of the NLDS. The prompt said that I could activate him between series. I go to the manage roster screen and Hamels is there (he isn't anywhere on the DL). When I click on him, the only activation option there is is to remove him from the playoff roster. I click on that and it says that Hamels is currently on the DL. It seems that I can't use him at all. The same thing happened with Blanton in year 2. Has anybody had this happen.

I've searched the threads with no luck. Sorry if this has been brought up before but what I'm asking is can you activate a player from the DL during the post season? Is it a glitch? Is there a work-around?

This has happened to me numerous times. Only work around is if the injury occurs in sept. DO NOT put the player on the dl. Once the playoffs start you can remove him and replace him on playoff roster. If he is healed between series you can then activate him.

This is supposed to work correctly.
Hmmm...I didn't realize this before community day or I would have checked it and pointed it out.

It's ok. I didn't know until after the fact. I love your rosters by the way and am looking forward to using them again.

I'm glad this guy posted this nonsense post...because it reminded me.
I had no problem activating a player from 1 series to the other when I tried this. You're probably long past this now, but did you get it to work?
I forgot the exact process, but it worked for me.
