Title Updates For Offline Gamer

I was wondering if anybody could tell me if both title updates are available somewhere on the net and if they can be used with Xport?

look for the user on here named Dr Ursus. i cant remember if he has these madden patches specifically but he keeps alot of links to saves for the offline peeps who want to upload patches and rosters with xplorer/xport
