My very simple recruiting rules...

Just thought I'd post these since they are working well for me. They are super simple and easy to remember.

No recruiting of 5* players allowed
No recruiting of 4* players allowed
Maximum of Five 3* players per season
Maximum of Seven 2* players per season
Unlimited 1* players.

I remember your previous set of recruiting rules and still use a good deal of them in my dynasties to this day. I've tweaked them to fit my style better but they still work really well. Why did you get away from the more detailed rules, just too complicated?

Why no 4* or 5* players? My rules.

1) 5* or 4* player only if they will start within 2 years. As a true freshman or red-shirt freshman.
2) 15-20 player max and never go over the 70 max. No cuts allowed.
3) Once board in pre-season is set no replacing a player on the board even if signed with another team.

Team could be good but not stacked.
