~~~Rise from the Ashes~~~Coach Clark Dynasty(HC 09)
Kansas City Star- Well when the Chiefs were brung in Herm Edwards to coach this team they expected to be a pretty good team in the next few years. Well after a 9-7 season he went 4-12. He has not met the expectations and the Chiefs owner Clark Hunt has decided to fire not just Coach Herm Edwards but also Carl Peterson. Peterson ran multiple jobs in the front office and could not produce anything.
The Chiefs have hired a new VP of football operations and he will be Scott Pioli who brought the New England Patriots back to the top of the NFL. Pioli said," I want to come in and bring this team back from the Ashes. They have not had success in ecent years losing 6 straight playoff games. I will bring a Lombardi Trophy to Arrowhead Drive. I will decide who I bring in as the new head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs in 1 week."
1 week later
Kansas City Star- The Chiefs new VP Scott Pioli has interviewed many potential coaches but he has decided on bringing in Coach Drew Clark from NorthWestern Missouri State from the ranks of Division 2. Clark has had great success and loves the Chiefs. He has a good system and is a defensive minded coach. He loves to pound the ball up the gut of the defense. Pioli said the the intorduction news conference that " He thought Clark is the type of guy that can have success at any level of football. He is a great coach and a great man."
Re: ~~~Rise from the Ashes~~~Coach Clark Dynasty(HC 09)
Coach Drew Clark info:
Offensive Playbook: Payton Spread Attack
Defensive Playbook: Rex Ryan 4-6 Attack
Personality: Titan
Position Philosophy
QB-Field General
HB-Power
FB-Blocking
WR-Tall/Redzone Threat
TE-Playmaker
OT-Run Block Specialist
OG-Size/Strength/Mauler
C- Zone Blocking
DE- Undersized Speed Rusher
DT- Versatile/3-4
OLB- PassRusher/3-4 Blitzer
MLB- Coverage/Speed
CB- Man Coverage/Ballhawk
FS- Centerfielder
SS- Run Support/Big Hitter
K-Pinpoint Accuracy
P-Big Foot/Distance
He loves to blitz and get pressure on opposing QBs. He uses man coverage or sometimes cover 2. 3-4 of course. He hates complainers if you complain using the media you will be riding the pine. He loves trash talking players.
Looks like it's gonna be a great dynasty, I'll be following.
Just a few questions:
1. What skills you bought? Do you allow special skills for your coaches?
2. What is your slider setting?
3. Are u starting from pre season or off season?
4. Why put undersize DE in a 3-4? It doesn't seems to match for me.
Anyways, just write whatever you want to say as if ur talking to your friends about it. Try to switch between 1st person and 3rd person perspective. And yeah, I'll be following.
1. I used 2 on chemistry, performance, play calling, and strategy. Added One on physical of QB, RB, WR, OL, LB, and DB. Added One intagibles of QB, WR, OL, DL, LB, and DB. Added one on learning of QB, WR, OL, DL, LB, and DB. No I do not use special skills.
2.Default sliders
3.Off-Season
4. Yea I was looking at that and was going to change it but didnt.
Thanks.
K if ur calling all your plays and not simming games then play calling and stategy are useless. Chemistry is one of the least important skill. What u should do is get the performence high, because it affects the performance of the players on the field. Then use the rest of the points on a branch of special skills. Say if ur pass heavy get the QB special skills, ect. I suggest u restart and make the skills right. Or if ur already deep into the season then just go on and start adding performance. It is the most important skill for coaches.
Re: ~~~Rise from the Ashes~~~Coach Clark Dynasty(HC 09)
Preseason Week #1 @ Chicago
Our defense played a tough game. We sacked their QB 4 times. Hali, Long, McBride, and Mitchell all had 1. Eugene Wilson picked off Joe Flacco twice and Surtain had 1 off of Ballard. On the offensive side of the ball we could not do anything but kick FGs. We had 6 total field goals. Justin Medlock made 2 and Colquitt had 4. Serna was used as the KOS. We had a total of 9 punts, that is way too much to be punting. Even though we could not put the ball in the endzone we found a way to win this game in OT 18-15. Andre Woodson had 178 yards on 14-20. Orton and Croyle could not do anything. LJ had 1 rush attempt for 5 yards and the running game was nonexistent.
Drew Clark was recorded saying,"we came out knowing that this game is nothing but an audition for a starting job. We had a great day on the defensive side of the ball and thats what we are going to need in the regular season if we want to make the playoffs. I am proud of my guys coming out and picking up the win even if it is meaningless.
Cuts
QB Tyler Thigpen
HB Jackie Battle
FB Derrick Wimbush
FB Darick Gabriel
MLB Nate Harris
RT Damion McIntosh
TE Michael Allen
DT Gilbert Easley
C Craig Neysmith
QB Sydney Bost
Signed
SS Adam Archuleta
