Madden Ultimate Team and PayPal

Wouldnt it be cool if next Madden we could attach a PayPal account to your MUT and select one of 10 pre-determined wager levels before each online match and play for a little dough. There could be a $.25 lobby, a $1 lobby, a $2 lobby, a $5 lobby, a $10 lobby, a $25 lobby, a $50 lobby, a $75 lobby, a $100 lobby, and a $500 lobby for high rollers!!!

I wouldn't mind playing for a quarter or so. Some of u with all that stick skill might be willing to take it to the limit on a payday. It would be awesome if games for stakes $100 dollars or higher were somehow recorded and stored on sometype of EA server. Then there could be a card that gives u access to watch a game or two. I have no doubt that this could be a success. I know people who have been shot, stabbed, or just beaten plain sensless over Madden. This could even help to limit Madden casualties. What do u think?

As random and illogical as Madden can be at times, there's no way I would ever bet money on it.

Not to mention the fact that online gambling is still illegal in many states.

Can u imagine the celebrities and press that the game would attract. There are some people that take their game that seriously. They practice and develop counters for ever situation. It definately wouldn't be for everybody. But what's $5 on a Friday night against your favorite smack talkin' buddy across the region.

Play people who u r familiar with if u r playing 4 big bucks. Each player could have a rating that they get from opponents after each game (1-5 stars) that rates fairness of play. U can use that to gauge what u want to do with players who u are not familiar with. You could always play regular online play for no dough, or just keep your betting minimal. It's an option.

There's websites that allow people to play for money already. If I were to play someone for money, it'd be with a real team and not the stupid MUT.

Do I want to pay to play head to head with a bunch of 90 OVR players everywhere? Definitely not.
