Tuner thread in most recent roster update?

I have played about 300 games on-line so far this year. After downloading the most recent roster update I have noticed a HUGE change in gameplay. Goalies are much easier to score on, there are a lot more deflections on the crease, alot more tipped shots, the loose puck physics appear to be much better, people get knocked off the puck easier, etc.

Has anyone else noticed this? To me the game is much more exciting now!

I've noticed the change offline, plays alot more realistically and the AI is more creative in attacking the zone and it's tougher in a more realistic way. Lot more rebounds. Plays like a whole new game. I didn't download any roster updates so I'm not sure what's happening but I'm sure happy about it. Something got downloaded this week, just not sure what.

This was mentioned in another thread so other people have seen it.

I believe theres a option to DL the latest tuner under the tuner option as its unrelated to the roster .

It didnt prompt a patch download so I assume it is in the roster update I recently downloaded. This game is absolutely incredible now. The tuning they did really made the gameplay phenomenal. It actually looks and plays like real hockey for the most part now.

The only thing I worry about is since they made the goalies easier to score on (The goalies were way to hard to score on before) hopefully people dont find any real easy exploitable goals.

Thanks to all the NHL developers! You have once again made the best sports game on the market IMHO

PS. Heres to hoping Ian and the Madden guys can finally catch up this year...

I downloaded the new rosters. I also played a game online. When I go back to the main gameplay settings menu, it still shows the latest tuner available as v1.02, which has been around for several weeks now. Am I missing something?

I feel the same way.

The NHL game knocked me right outta playing Madden. The Madden game just can't match the polish and pure fun/excitement of NHL, imo. I also hope one day Tiburon follows EA Canada's lead by making a more polished and interesting game.

There haven´t been any gameplay changes in the last night roster update. They are working on a new tuner set that is gonna be released in a couple of days, maybe a week or so.

But they have done a fix with the servers to stop the pauseglitch thats all I know!

Yeah, once the Tuner set is released the game will prompt you to use it or not.
