just need a little help

Hello,
I just finished a game, and the opposing QB audibled a play (or it looked like it) and ran the two-minute/hurry-up offense within the last two minutes because the were losing by 4 to me.
Anyway, I never thought about it but in the last to games I played I really needed a hurry-up offense and I was breaking a sweat trying to get the play call in. How do you let the QB run a hurry-up offense, is it like Madden by pressing a button? Second, how do you let the QB audible a play, before some plays were snapped I saw some holes in the D, but my QB didn't audible or anything.
Thanks.

Simply put from my experience u can't call a audible or put the offense in hurry up mode... Now I have heard that if u have a QB like Peyton Manning or Tom Brady then the will sometimes do that, but I haven't seen it when I play as the Colts or Patriots...

A stratgey that I use is take a few money plays and keep them either written down or remebered and call them in a hurry... For instance I found a couple plays that I liked and did the in game edit and changed maybe one small thing about it and that away it would be in the custom play area in my book and I would switch to that screen and quickly call them...

Hope that helps in anyway...

Re: just need a little help

One thing that has really helped me call plays in a hurry is that making a lot of subs usually, I am used to having to rush a little to make play calls and still have time to get my lineup set right for the play. I have also started calling my offensive plays by play type rather than formation which seems to help me find them faster.

In the last two minutes of a half you can go to hurry up offense by canceling the play selection when it comes on the clip board. On the playstation that means pressing the circle button.

Thanks, I hoped that there might be some shortcut button or something like Madden has.

Yeah, as was stated earlier, it's as simple as canceling the Playcall selection option on the clipboard. But, it will only go into hurry up if it says Hurry! under the Play Call task

I understand that now, but what I mean with the shortcut button is, like Madden, when you press the triangle button (PS3) you run the same play and players rush to the LOS, I believe in Madden the sqaure or circle button is the spike play.

Yeah I know what you mean. It's Y on 360.

One feature similar to this that I would love to see is calling in audibles and plays from the sidelines, like when you see offenses run a play, get up to the line, and look to the sidelines for the play. Really, I just want to be able to audible, since I've never seen my own QB audible a play (I've seen the CPU do it though)
