Back to Random Rookies?

Who misses the randome rookies as opposed to the fabricated and stale created players this year? I think that having these guys make rosters for us us going down a dark path which could lead to us having to DL future rookies for future drafts.

I just wish that they'd make it right so that we don't get a 5'9 150lbs DT... Just set some limits for what kind of random things have to be where for certain positions.

Re: Back to Random Rookies?

This is a good question. I voted for EA to keep making rookies but I would like to see some changes. It is great to be able to find that sleeper pick in later rounds but as others have suggested they should randomize the names, colleges, and maybe even height and weight so we don't know who the studs are. With that being said, I wouldn't mind randomly created rookies if they did it correctly. Too many times in the past I would see players with 90+ SPD and sub 80s ACC. Or as you mentioned, a ridiculously undersized DT or OL. Overall I think this year was a step in the right direction but there is plenty of work to be done (that goes for a lot of aspects of Madden).

Who cares.
Why cant they just use time on making NCAA imported draft classes better instead off wasting time on theese?

The rookies getting put on madden need to be changed or at least in the next madden they could make it where there's an actual physics engine with some sense. A 5'9 receiver shouldn't make over the top catches.

I love created rookies. Things fit together very well.

Why can't they do both?

Cause not everyone wants to get NCAA just for their draft classes. Unless Ea wants to let users post their draft classes online even then not Everyone can get online.
