I just can't play this game

There is so much that I feel should be in by now that is not and probably won't be next year either. I try and try to play it but I just cant. I need PRESENTATION, a college gameday final show wrapping up the week.
I need to be able to make more of an impact on the game as a coach. Teams should be able to be scouted they should have tendencies, I should have to gameplan around them, and even then some times get beat b/c I just don't have the horses.

Recruits, I just think they are all messed up.

I should be able to hire a coaching staff ( at least a dc and oc) and each coaches should have "attributes" some are better at recruiting, some x's and o's some gameplanning/scouting etc..

There needs to be a coaching carousel where not just you but the cpu gets fired takes jobs etc... Some may choose to be loyal and stay but some may bolt for money. Coordinators become head coaches. On the college gameday final show they should talk about this and other stories that randomly develop. During my game against my ex- d-coordinator the announcers should mention it.

All of this is without even mentioning gameplay -.- I just don't think next year can be that much better.

It is just so disappointing to see the potential a game could have, I mean I can envision it and know it would eat away all of my time, but just know it won't happen. I would pay $100 if all of that and more was implemented right.

A lot of people are voting for the ESPN style presentation and coaching carousel.

That said, it hasn't stopped me from playing one bit. I'm lovin' this game.

Totally feel you. I could pop the game in, play rematch of the Natl Champ. game, and be completely BORED by the end of the first quarter.

The animations are too herky jerky, the speed is way overdone, and the crowd/atmosphere is just dead. Unless this game makes a Madden like jump, or I see a REAL effort, I'm through. If I made it w/o playin this long, I dont need it at all.

For me I need to see FORMATION SUBS again. This feature is just too important strategy-wise not to be included. Also, I really miss FCS teams (and no I don't want to use team builder to create an FCS team and move them to FBS).

This game is so far behind all other sporting games. On field and off field its not even close. When you see M10 make a huge leap and NBA live 09 and 10 make two huge leaps and NCAA Basketball all the same company and NCAA football nothing. That to me means either the dev. team is lazy only getting by with less then the bare minimal or is completely incompetent and just cant get it done.

I wont go as far as to say completely unplayable but at times it sure feels that way.

Which is why I am downgrading to a PS2 and getting NCAA 07 with no regrets and my dignity intact. Since 07 or the year 06 I guess, the games havent been fun and I can't take it anymore.

Im loving it too! Biggest gripe I have is the speed of the game. Players seemed to be all jacked up on red bull. If they can slow that down, slow the ball coming put during passing, smooth it out, I would be very happy.

I'm back to playing NCAA 09 on my PS2.....and I don't even like that game very much.
