Passwords to unlock courses

Hey guys, haven't played tiger woods on the wii since 08, but got this game and really enjoy it. Just wondering, what is the password to unlock all the courses? We are really wanting to play bethpage black.

Haven't found course unlock codes anywhere.

So, as an alternative, I've been doing the Challenge mode where you normally unlock the courses. I'll start whichever course challenge and once it has loaded I'll pause and within the options menu switch the difficulty to ALL-PLAY.

This lets you easily clear the challenges and in turn the desired course. On most of the courses I've cleared all three required challenges within 20-30 min.
