Pro Bowl Selections

Since they are starting to come out little by little until tonight, let's start the discussion.

Five Ravens made it: Ngata, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Ray Rice, and Le'Ron McClain.

Honest opinion - Reed doesn't deserve it this year. He has missed a few games, and has been a step slower.

Ngata has deserved it for two years. Ray Rice more than deserves it. Ray Lewis still deserves it, but is noticeably slower.

McClain is another question mark. He is an average blocker at best, but he seems to be getting the Alstott treatment, where because he runs more than other FB's he gets more pub.

Re: Pro Bowl Selections

London Fletcher did not make the Pro Bowl....again.

Congrats to Mr. Rodgers, Mr. Woodson, and Mr. Collins though.

Re: Pro Bowl Selections

San Diego Chargers represented by Antonio Gates, Kris Dielman, Phillip Rivers, Nate Kaeding and Kassim Osgood.

Disappointed to see that Vincent Jackson was only named as an alternate.

Re: Pro Bowl Selections

Wow not one Bengal made it. Thats kinda shocking considering the year some of the guys are having on that team.

Re: Pro Bowl Selections

Really surprised Mario Williams made it in, he didn't do much this year pass rush wise....against the run he's always been good though.

Andre Johnson- no brainer
Cushing and Ryans have been great I think they deserve the nod here.

Re: Pro Bowl Selections

Aside from maybe swapping Shaub and Brady, I think they got the QBs on both sides (particularly the NFC) spot on. Though, I do think this year was as easy as any to make the right choices there.

Also thought Will Smith should have gotten the nod over Peppers too...
