After 8 Seasons With San Jose State, I won a Nat'l Championship and had a great coaching record.

I really don't know what team to start over with, anyone know the hardest team to be in the game?

I second that. Also you might want to look at Navy or Army as well.

What about Vandy. They were 0-8 in the SEC this year. 2-10 overall. You could take them as a laughingstock and build them up into a respectable football team in the SEC

I just finished my 2nd season with Virginia Tech, a far cry from being a rebuilding school, but I finally won the ACC championship and beat Illinois in the Fed Ex Orange Bowl to win my first BCS Bowl Game. I was offered a job for Notre Dame and for Ohio State. Part of me wishes I would have went to Notre Dame, but I am die-hard tech fan. If I get another job offer in a season or 2, the job is mine!

just lake over the team that had the worst record over those 8 seasons. go from last to first with them.
