Who would you rather have at QB? (NCAA Draft)

I'm in the second year of a rebuilding franchise with the St. Louis Rams and I'm looking at drafting a Franchise QB with my first round pick. It's up between Terrelle Pryor and Jimmy Clausen. Here's what I've uncovered from scouting them:

Terrelle Pryor
Throw Power: 89
Throw Accuracy: 77
Speed: 92 (unreal speed for a QB, like Vick back in ATL)
Strength: low-to-mid-70's (didin't get scouted, but he has 22 bench press reps)

Jimmy Clausen
Throw Power: 95
Throw Accuracy: 82
Speed: 74 (good for a QB, I've scrambled well with Bradford at 77 Speed in another franchise)
Strength: mid-to-high-50's (13 Bench press reps)

For rebuilding franchises I tend to sim most of the games, but I'll play 3-4 games a year once my team gets pretty good (usually against key division rivals or elite teams like the Pats/Saints/Vikes). Seeing as how I do that it seems like Clausen would be the better choice as a pure passer, but I don't want to pass up on the threat of Pryor's speed and ability to scramble. If I did take Pryor I could always get the +3 Throw Power trainers to help up his arm strength to be closer to Clausen's. Which one should I draft (likely with the 1st overall pick)?

You need to look at the S/M/D throw accuracy now. I have read the throw accuracy itself is meaningless now (others have said it's an average, I just go by S/M/D though).

If it's next year, I'd have Colt McCoy.

In real life I would say Clausen. But it's a video game and a mobile QB is deadly so go with Pryor.

Real life : clausen might be best NFL LEVEL QB prospect in the draft

Well I can't look at S/M/D accuracy becuase it doesn't tell you that in the scouting hub, but I would be willing to bet money that Clausen has better S/M/D accuracy than Pryor.

Also, for some reason only 2-3 of the QBs entering the 2010 draft in my draft file are ever worth drafting. Sam Bradford is always the best, but Colt McCoy is usually not very good, he always wend up with 70-75 Throw Power and terrible accuracy. Sometimes Tony Pike, Jevan Snead, or Daryll Clark will be good, but Bradford is the only QB that is consistently good (always 90+ THP, almost always a top 10 pick).

I'd have to go with Pryor and hope his "QB ratings" improve as he develops over the years.

The chances of Pryor improving his THP, S/M/DAC is higher, imo, then Claussen getting to 90 SPD. So, in the long run, you might end up with Pryor being Claussen + 92 or more SPD. I think you'd take that
