bug and glitches thread

can we start a official bugs and glitches thread? like the players standing out of bounds instead of standing on the college 3 point line and the goaltending glitch that dont show the points and no espn 2nd team lineups,

i am on defense and playing 2/3 Zone while using Syracuse and the other team on offense (call them UConn and running man to man). The computer will say UConn is playing a bit of zone. It happens at right time. just says wrong name.

When giving play by play it will skip over names(ie: ... is hot! or ...is shooting the ball well).

Some turnovers happen and the computer does not tell why. I think the 5 sec rule is one example. They will blow the whistle and change position, but do not announce why.
