I've been getting some random spikes on the site lately, though not too often. It doesn't happen anywhere else so I don't think it's me.

Overall it is ok, but I have experienced some lag on this site w/ in the last couple of days myself.

Lags will happen with lot's of traffic but Steve really needs to get on the guys in the OS nerve center.
