Super Bowl Winners - Redskins

I am trying to come up with rosters where I can get as many versions of a team as possible on the same roster. I trust that people by now know how to save an unlimited amount of teams.

I tried to set the teams up as realistically as possible. There are a lot of Offensive linemen because that was the hallmark of the 80s-90s Redskins. If you make the teams as I prescribe, you can get all 3 teams on the same roster. Just make all the triple starred players (***) and note that you will have to make guys like Darrell Green and Charles Mann twice and Art Monk 3 times to have them on 2 and 3 separate teams.

1990/1 Washington Redskins (14-2) *1991 Super Bowl Champions*

WR Art Monk - Tough in the Middle, Possession WR, Bump Buster, Mr. 3rd Down, Magic Feet ***
CB Darrell Green - Speed Burner, Quick Feet, Coverage Bonus, Ball Hawk, Stamina Bonus ***
OLB Wilber Marshall - Quick Feet, Pass Rush Bonus ***
WR Gary Clark - In game (Breakaway Burst, Quick Feet, Tough in the Middle)
DE Charles Mann - Pass Rush Bonus, Sack Master ***
QB Mark Rypien - In game (Rocket Arm)
HB Ernest Byner - Quick Feet ***
WR Ricky Sanders - In game (Clutch, Quick Feet, Return Specialist, Soft Hands)
T Jim Lachey - Brick Wall (in game as Silver) ***
T Joe Jacoby - In game (Bulldozer, Strength Bonus)
ILB Matt Millen - Big Hit ***

Re: Super Bowl Winners - Redskins

On your 1981 team, your gold RB is a guy who ran for 3.7 YPC that year.

John Riggins is the most overrated player in the history of the NFL.

Are you saying Barry Sanders is overrated too because he had the most negative yard runs in history?

I think what he's saying is that Riggins might be more of a Silver/Bronze as opposed to a Gold. Then again, it all is relative to the team.

YPC may be the most important stat for a RB. If you think John Riggins had a great year that year you're a homer.

Obviously he's a homer here, because he's only comparing Riggins to his own team. I mean look at the Matt Cassel thread. Is he HONESTLY a Gold level QB? Hell no.

If you were making an all-time team, or Riggins was included in the game, he'd be a silver probably maybe even bronze, but that's not the issue at hand.
