Alley Oop slider - 50 to 25 to 6...

So I was playing assoc. (HOF level) and had 3 Alley Oops on me in the first quarter. I get frustrated and turn the slider from default 50 to 25.

2nd quarter I have 4 Alley Oops on me and my center is too slow to react. I turn the slider down to just a 6 out of super frustration.

3rd to 4th quarters, I get around 4 more alley oops. WTF, Slider still out of wack I see. Now Im super pissed off.

Have you guys run into this?

I seem to notice that the amount of alley oops will depend alot on the team you are playing...I see a ton from the Magic and Hawks but if I play Detroit I see barely any

this is true in my opinion, but you definitely will not see as many alley-oops if you turn your difficulty setting down to allstar or pro. i play on pro and see maybe 1 a game (depending on the team i play against). thats with the slider at 10 or 15 i think.

cpu goes for cheap baskets constantly on superstar and hof. they play more sim on allstar or pro.

exactly what I was gonna say. IMO, I have set up perfect all star sliders (for me at least) that gives me great stats, scores, and the cpu AI plays like their real life counterparts.

I just turned dunk ability to 35 and alleys are no problem..

Ah, very true. I know that cheap baskets do come from superstar and hof. I just want the AI to play smart not cheap...

Also a good point that alley oops depend on team. I didnt get many (only 5 lol) in my last game vs the spurs.
