Does anyone know when/if the online roster file will be updated to match the most recent offline rosters?

I just created a new online franchise and noticed that the players' ratings don't match the ratings in the current online roster file. Does anyone know if this is permanent or when/if this will change?

I'm pretty sure you're going to have to start over.

Yes I know, of course you would have to start over to get the new roster file. My question though, is

when will the online franchise rosters be updated to match the current online roster file?

Apparently the rosters online are current to the last update before the season started. EA did not intend to update them again.
