Any way to choose what kind of TO you want?

Is there any way to choose whether you want a 20 sec or a Full Time Out? It seems like the first one called each half is always a 20. Last year we were able to choose which one we wanted, was that option taken away?

May be it can be decided by the match tempo,this is, when the match is not running;after a foul, out ball ,.. the T.O. (if you have) can be 60 scnds.
I will look this, may be true.

Your first TO in a half is a 20. Rhe rest of your TOs are full.

No option to choose that I can see.
