where is the team rotation menu in association mode?

I'm sorry guys, this may seem like a dumb question but I have been searching all over for the option to adjust who my starters are and I can not find it! I am convinced that there is no option to do so but I know there has to be a way. Can someone tell me where I need to look because it's obviously not under the "manage rosters" menu. Your help will be greatly appreciated
