BCS Standings Opinion Thread

We have all heard what experts and cfb anaylsts have said about the BCS Rankings and Standings.

I think it is stupid and not fair. There should be a playoff system in Div. 1 College Football.

Thoughts???

Yes of course we need a playoff in college football, can you imagine any other major sport without a playoff or tournament to decide a champion?

As far as BCS standings this week, I think they are ok. BSU at 4 i'm not worried about, because by the end of the year even if they win out they will be passed by Cincy and Iowa if they both go undefeated. I also like Bama at 1 and not Florida but that doesnt matter because they will play eventually to decide who is number 1.

Yeah but this isnt a new thing, every fan of college football wants a playoff but sadly the people who run the BCS only care about money, they dont care if a true champion gets crowned and what the fans want.

A total mess. The human polls are bad because it's impossible to watch 50-60 games each week, which leads to voting based on ESPN hype, and the computer polls are bad because they cherry-pick data to try to mimic the human polls.
