Able to Dunk Broadcast View

This may be a stupid question but has anyone else been able to get anyone to dunk playing in broadcast view. I go into practice and pull of every dunk imaginable. Then in my association regardless of whether I go right stick towards the basket, up, down, left, or right they always throw up some ridiculous layup that sometimes goes in????

I dunk all the time in broadcast camera... Maybe it's the player you are using. Some players with lower dunk ratings will not go up for a dunk unless absolutely wide open, yet they will try to kill the rim in practice mode. That's all I got on that... I have no trouble dunking in broadcast cam.

Re: Able to Dunk Broadcast View

I also have no problem dunking in Broadcast View (aside from 360 slams). Like the previous poster said, some players are a lot more capable of dunking in Practice Mode than they are in real games, so that may be something to look at.

The only other suggestion I could offer would be to ensure you do not use all your turbo before you get to the rim. I have found players with their turbo on empty will likely attempt layups in lieu of dunks.

And of course, dunking in a crowd of players (or even with one defender around) will hinge directly on a series of that players' ratings (dunk, vertical, etc.). There are many players who will have no problem dunking in the open floor in 2K10 but will shy away from dunking in traffic, resulting in a lay-up attempt instead.

All these solutions would work in all camera modes, so if Broadcast still seems to yield no dunks while every other camera does, then I am at a loss.

Use turbo when driving towards the basket and make sure you hold the RT down before the shot stick.

Re: Able to Dunk Broadcast View

I only use broadcast. I don't the same with this view, as I do with over cam angles.

I this a real question? The view would not have an effect on dunking.

Obviously he knows that if he does it in practice mode.
