Floating bat glitch in 09

Does anyone know or think that they will fix the floating bat glitch in 09 for MLB 10. The glitch happened during homerun celebrations but the weird thing the glitch was not in 08 but it was obvious in 09 sometimes the bat would float outside of the hand I am hoping it will be gone 10 does anyone know for a fact yet if they addressed this issue.

I also notice it when the batter is walking up to the plate taking his warm up swings, while the bat just floats in mid air

or sometimes sticks to his arm like velcro. thats funny
