Roster help???

hey I've read a lot on the boards that updating that editing the roster is the best way to really get a realistic game but I'ma 360 user so i can't simply download one... anyways I was wondering if anyone could post some helpful hints or info so I can edit it good and not make it worse lol... any info helps thanx guys

I've already used that site i mean for rerating players so stars stand out ... I watch a ton of hockey but I'm still nto confident enough to do this myself

Oh, my bad, I thought you wanted to make all the rookies, I created all the CAPS on his site but didn't really edit players already in the game except for goalie equipment...Good Luck tho...

ya i think think i can get better games if i edit players since there all kind of generic but thank you for the good luck I think I'll need it it lol
