Modifying team ratings

I've been experimenting with Team Builder, and it seems that the main thing that affects the rating of the team (Def, Off, Overall) is the roster selection and, of course, any tweaks to player ratings.

Is anyone aware of anything else? Playbook, aggressiveness, run/pass ratio, and off/def style seemed to have no effect on ratings.

Also, has anyone found a way to review those ratings from the Team Builder site? Having to download the game to see the ratings is kind of a pain, especially where I'm trying to hit particular ratings.
