Dynasty teams

Hey guys never really played a lot of madden or watched a lot of NFL for that matter. My question is what would be a few teams to start a dynasty with that have amazing defenses but lack on the offensive side of the ball. On the flip side what would be a team with a great offense and bad defense.(I was thinking about the Saints on the latter.)

Also on a really random side note could someone give me a brief break down of a 4-3 defense and 3-4 defense.

One last question I have deals with sliders. I see people who have made sliders adjust things to 75 and all the way to 100. I can only set my player skill to 20 or 25 cant remember. If someone could explain where I need to go here that would be great.

Redskins or Ravens have pretty good starting defenses. For overall I would say the Cardinals are a pretty good team to build around.

Yea I was thinking about the Skins, they have my AU boys, Campbell and Carlos. Still looking for more input
