The U-Dub Huskies need some looking at.
Okay, I don't mean to just drop in here like this, and start singing the praises of the Huskies (still a LONG way to go) but they looked very good today. I am thinking some rating bumps are in order.
I haven't downloaded DK's roster in about a month or so, but Washington was downgraded a bit. Jake Locker, I believe, was dropped from a 90 overall rating to an 83 (again, just kind of guessing). His speed rating was in the low 80's. I'm thinking that for Locker, he needs to be much faster (high 80's, possibly even 90). He runs as well as anyone on the team, his acceleration is good, agility is fine where it's at... He's not flashy, spin moves and juke moves are not his style, but he is a hard runner and he doesn't mind running people over. He can outrun most defenses and many people have attested to this. He has one of the strongest arms in the Pac 10, so a 93 or 94 TPW rating is realistic. His accuracy needs work, so low 80's on that seems to be fine. Overall, he is an amazingly talented football player and deserves an overall rating of at least 90 to 93. He IS that good, it's just the talent around him over the past few years has been young and inexperienced.
True Frosh WR James Johnson is having an awesome year... The guy is not a burner, but he is quick, runs very good routes and catches everything. Bumping him up to an 84 or 85 overall rating sounds about right.
Overall, the team just might need a bit of a boost. Mason Foster deserves a higher rating, as does EJ Savannah and Donald Butler. Quintin Richardson is another player who has played well and saved the game today against the Trojans.
Washington has a LONG way to go in real life, but I believe (obviously biased) that they could be a top 25, 8-9 win team. Yeah, pretty homeristic, but they are no joke.
DK, at the very least bro, please look at Locker. He is one of the most talented QB's in the nation.
