I have a question about philosophies

Its a question about the QB philosophy.what is a field general i understand all of the other ones but what is a field general?

They call them game managers on TV and what not, most of the time. High accuracy and High awareness so there aren't any unneeded turnovers. Most of the time you find one who fits this, they won't have the strongest arm (Jeff Garcia, Chad Pennington), so they're not there to win the game, just manage it and make smart throws when they need to.
