Pat White Injury Glitch?

Prob has been brought up....

Pat White injured...comes back but now he wont show up in the wildcat...well at least taking the snaps he doesnt, even when using the backup QB formation (I do have him as the #2 QB on my depth chart)....anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Takin snaps out of the shotgun in the wildcat formation...is taking snaps or is it called something else? Anyways the problem remains the same...he was able to take snaps as backup QB from the wildcat then after he got hurt and came back he no longer gets subbed in when i use the wildcat with back-up QB formation selected...

Maybe its me, but I cannot find a "backup QB" formation in the Wildcat. I use the Eagles playbook, and the only QB option puts the starting QB in place.
